User interviews

Managing documents is a hassle, as I have to search through various folders and emails to find what I need. It's time-consuming and frustrating.

Creating templates from scratch is time-consuming, and I often struggle with formatting and design. It would be great if there was an easier way to create and customize templates.

Document validation and signing require multiple steps and involve manual processes, causing delays. It would be much more efficient if there was a streamlined process for validation and signing.

I worry about the security of sensitive documents, especially when sharing them with external parties. Robust security measures, such as encryption and access controls, are essential to protect confidential information.

Without a centralized system, I find it challenging to track versions and collaborate effectively on documents. It would be great to have a centralized platform that improves collaboration and version control.

Managing a large volume of documents becomes overwhelming, and I struggle to find specific files when needed. It would be helpful to have robust organization and search features to efficiently manage and locate documents.

We decided to run a heat map study with users to gather valuable insights about their interactions with the Fedok platform. Heat maps provide visual representations of user engagement and behaviour, highlighting areas of interest, hotspots, and potential usability issues.
